Most internet flower retailers have have phone rooms staffed with people that have no floral knowledge. Everyone that answers the phone at our shop has knowledge of flowers and floral design. Some of the "Big" nationwide floral retailers have even gone as far as to establish fufillment centers where your order will be filled assembly line style. Every order at our shop and our select partners is custom designed one at a time for you our customer.
How can I pay for my flowers?
Credit Card
When making purchases on our web site your credit card will be authorized and charged by us upon receipt of the encrypted order information. Your on-line purchases are always safe because under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you cannot be held liable for more than $50 of any fraudulent charges. Our shopping system logs all dns addresses for your security and ours.
Check or Money Order
We can not currently accept checks from this site.
We do have another site that is set up for payment by check. The site is http://www.bestflowersinportland.com
We can also accommodate checks or money orders by mail. Once we have received the check or money order from you, we will place the order.
If you choose to mail your check we will need the following:
1) The item number of your choice and any accessories you would like to add.
2) Your contact information ie. email address, home phone, daytime phone
3) Your choice of delivery date.
4) The card message.
5) Recipients Name, Address, Phone Number, and the Business Name if this is a Business Delivery
6) Any other information you feel might be helpful to make delivery easier.
